We pride ourselves on our personalised service and our garments that  are made to order. Please consult us for any assistance you require with sizing and styles prior to online ordering as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.  We offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, excluding delivery charges. 

 

 Our production will take Seven working days.  Lead-times and delivery schedule can take longer subject to fabric and beading availability.

The garments can have slight variation as they are made to order, beading and fabric batch variation can occur. 

For further assistance regarding returns, please contact us. 

*  Garments that are custom made/ made to measure or adjusted to the clients requirements cannot be returned or refunded. 

Credit notes will only be issued once garments are returned to Gio Bespoke and evaluated. 

* All products must be returned within seven days of receipt by following the return details below.

* Hair Accessories, are non refundable and non exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

*Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded and are FINAL SALE

Garments production will commence once order is placed, we will confirm delivery schedule via email. If you need a quick turn around please contact us prior to placing the order.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
